2. Purchase at least a 1 hour service subscription.
3. Once your order is received. We will process your order ASAP, send you a link that you can then simply click on to start your remote session and/or we can phone you to arrange a convenient time to work through your problem. Please specify your preference in the Comments Box as your ordering.

• The minimum charge is one hour. However, if we only use a half hour of the paid subscription, the balance of the time will be left in credit for a future service. (All time used and the balance will be logged in your purchase invoice.) You can log in to your account at any time to check your time balance on that invoice.
• Also if more time is used, than the paid invoice, your original invoice will be adjusted in one hour increments and any balance of time will be left in credit for future use.
